Conditions of Use

1. Order Confirmation

Confirmation of your order is sent automatically to the e-mail address that you specified when creating your customer account. Please save the order confirmation as you will need it if you need to contact  customer service.

2. Terms of payment

Credit Card or Cash Pre-Payment.

3. Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice in the case of fluctuations of currencies.

4. Delivery

Under normal circumstances you will receive your goods within 2-3 days of placing your order. Parcels will be delivered by DPD. The time of delivery can be delayed if an item is temporarily out of stock or in the case of a holiday. If your order will be delayed, you will receive a message from our customer service department.

5. Freight

Freight costs are Fr. 9.00 including insurance, which is charged with your order.

6. Extra freight costs and custom duties

Will be added and apply on countries outside and Fürstentum Lichtenstein.

7. Customs duty and VAT

Customs duty and VAT must be paid by entry of the country of destination.

8. Complaints / Claims

If the goods you receive are defective or incorrect we will replace them free of charge. You will have to contact our Customer Service within 10 days of receiving the goods. Our Customer Service will send you a postage paid label for the returning goods. In order to return an item it has to be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please return the goods together with the invoice or a copy of the invoice and specify the reason for returning the goods. Note: You have to contact our Customer Service first to get the complaint approved and the returning freight paid.

9. Refunds

As a consumer you have the right to return the product within 10 days of receiving the goods. During this period the customer can decide to return your purchase without having to specify a reason. The only condition is that you contact our Customer Service within 8 days of receiving the goods. In order to return the goods they must be unused, undamaged and in the original package. Please return the goods together with the invoice or a copy of the invoice. Mark the invoice with “Regret Purchase”. The freight costs are paid by you, goods may not be returned COD. Products bought on closeout or custom goods according to the customer’s request, are not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

10. Variations of products

There is no guarantee for minor changes of products. Colors, designs and technical details could vary slightly.
